MBA Entrance Exam - P A S S E D

Yesterday, April 2, 2012, I went to school to get my results for the MBA Exam I took last March 17, 2012.

As I was still heading the testing office (even days before that day), I was already doubting whether I passed or not. Why? (1) I wasn't able to answer everything - I guess I left almost 20 unanswered items. (2) I wasn't sure of my answers specially on the Quantitative (Math) part because some of the items doesn't follow the MDAS rule. (3) I got timed out when answering the last Inductive Reasoning (Logic) part. (4) It was very long, kinda difficult, and very limited time in a very cold room.

I presented a piece of paper to get the result, she searched for my result, looked at it, then asked me... "para asa gani ni sir?" I answered for MBA. She then told me to proceed to the MBA office while handing me the result.

And so I got what I need. I went to the MBA office for further instructions.

Got a schedule for another exam on the 10th of April. Wish me luck!

March on March 2012

Last March 24, 2012, finally, was the day I graduated. It’s official now! HAHA!

Here are some facts I want to share…

1. I admit I was not as excited and as fulfilled like the other graduates. I was supposed to graduate March of 2011, but because I failed a (not a major) subject, I wasn’t able to make it.

2. I marched because of two reasons. (1) My parents wanted to see me march with my black toga. (2) I will be receiving a medal because I am a Loyalty Awardee.

one of my best friends, Eph Dahilan --- with gold medals

3. I felt happy still because of two reasons. (1) I saw how happy my parents were. (2) I was graduating with Nhaia, my girlfriend.

with my girlfriend, Nhaia Leh S. Albino

4. It pains me seeing my (supposed) batchmates watching when I was suppose to march with them last year. Pero payts ra gyapun ky happy man ata cla for me? HAHA!

5. I wasn’t able to appreciate everybody who congratulated me. Not the person but the thought of the “congratulations” word. I was lost between the thought of mockery and sincerity.

6. I felt happy and proud receiving a GOLD MEDAL while other graduates dint have any! HAHA! They just waited for their names to be called, go up the stage, receive a rolled bond paper (without any print in it) handshake Fr. President, bow, back to seat, and wait for almost an hour for everybody to be called. But nevertheless, they were still HAPPY! --- bitter mode

7. Also, if a graduated last year, I wouldn’t have the chance to handshake the current School President. HAHA! Graduated kindergarten and grade school with Fr. Samson; graduated high school with Fr. Jett; and college with Fr. Bobby. 3 School presidents in sum! I know it’s not a “thing” but it’s a FACT! HAHA!

Yeah I graduated and marched, so what? HAHA! I am currently unemployed and broke but happy! I got supportive parents, loving girlfriend, and a rollercoaster life to live!

I have yet to live my dreams, but I am preparing for its realization. It doesn’t mean that when you’re unemployed you’re no longer successful.
