This is the longest (so far)

Today, Tuesday, May 10, 2011 is the schedule for the company's monthly Business Review (BR). The last time we had our BR, which was last month made me think that was my longest meeting.


Today? We started at around 9am, and ended, almost 10pm. WOW!!! Well, it was really boring and draining, but then we have to stay and end it. Alas! It ended around 8pm, but there were some of the people who were requested to stay for further discussion - and that was the best part.


Ms. Aimi, one of the Board of Directors (BOD), who was also the President of SDNI, tho company I'm currently affiliated with, requested me and together with the other new people - Mr. Aben (Sales Team Leader), Karl (Human Resource) and Lester (Marketing staff).


We had discussion as to how to improve and really have a makeover for Spruce. It was a very productive night, all of us were able to voice out our ideas and concerns. And we were like setting the road for Spruce for the next few years. This was the best part since I (we) really felt that our ideas are really valued and that they're like seeing potentials on us. Well, it was really flattering. Also, it would pressure us to really do our jobs well. The fact that my (our) ideas are being valued, and I (we) am valued makes me (us) feel good. It really gave us energy to spend time after the meeting and to talk more.


I had a fun night. I ate at SIAM which serves Thai cuisines - their food really tastes good! it's really a value for money. Yeah it's somehow expensive, but then SULIT kaau. The service, the food and the ambience - PAYTS KAAU!


I'm looking forward of walking our plans and eventually reaching our goals. Also looking forward to travel and for my new company phone. ehehe! And also, more shot session with my co.employees. I really wanna spend time with them and get to know them better, after all, i'll be working with them in the long run.
